The AIA 2004 Northwest and Pacific
Regional Conference will be held
at Montana's Big Sky Resort -
located approximately 60 miles
south of the airport at Bozeman, Montana.

| ROOM RESERVATIONS: A block of sleeping rooms have been
reserved at the Big Sky Resort in the name of 'AIA Group Room Rates'
for August 17 - 23, 2004. By identifying yourself with AIA Montana and
the regional conference, you will be entitled to a reduced room rate.

number of different room styles available starting at $115/night to

Airport to Big Sky Shuttle
Service:
Karst Stage/4X4 Stage will be providing scheduled shuttles
for the 2004 NW & P AIA Regional Conference at the Big Sky Resort,
Montana. This is a shuttle service and in order to keep rates low you
may have a wait of up to 45 minutes after you get to our counter. There
will not be a shuttle after every flight that arrives.
Their counter is conveniently
located inside the main passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim.
Reservations are required by August 10, 2004 and can be made on the
Airport Shuttle page on their web site:
www.karststage.com. Their email address is

The conference
rate for AIA is $60.00/person round trip or $35.00/person one-way if
you travel on 8/17 or 8/18 and on 8/21 or 8/22. Shuttles are available
on dates before, in-between or after the guaranteed dates at a higher
rate. To qualify for the conference rate be sure to enter AIA in the
Conference or Group box at the bottom of the reservation form. All
online reservations will be confirmed by email. A MC or Visa account
number and expiration date is required to guarantee your reservation
(their web site is secured). They accept MC, Visa, travelers checks and
cash for payment when you check-in upon arrival. It is recommended that
you print the confirmation letter and take it with you when you travel.
Please take their toll free telephone number (800-287-4759) with you
when you travel in case you encounter a delay or cancellation. Check
in at the Karst Stage/4X4 Stage counter immediately (before claiming
you luggage) upon arrival at the airport. You will be issued a
return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and
location. Big Sky is 53 miles from the airport and the drive will take
approximately one hour.
Cancellation Policy: No penalty for shuttles
cancelled 24 or more hours prior to departure from the airport. NO
REFUNDS for shuttles cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice.
